National independent valuer and advisor m3property has promoted Stephen Linnane to the new role of Associate Director – Residential Development.

Mr Linnane joined m3property in January this year with wide ranging experience across residential development, development feasibility, family law property disputes, due diligence and pre-acquisition/disposal advisory.

Managing Director of m3property’s Queensland division, Ross Perkins, said he was delighted to announce Mr Linnane’s promotion.

Stephen Linnane has quickly adapted to his new position following his appointment earlier this year and I’m happy to announce his promotion to Associate Director, a promotion which is well deserved and based on  hard work, great communication skills, and his extensive experience across the residential development market, especially in South-East Queensland,’’ Mr Perkins  said.
